Digital Goods Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
1. Nature of digital goods
All items sold by Noble Soul are digital files — wallpapers (PNG / JPG), audio prayers (MP3), and devotional readings (PDF). There is no physical product, no shipping address, and no in-person service involved.
Each purchase delivers a download link to the buyer's email within one minute of payment clearing. Files are personal-use only: print at home, set as phone or desktop wallpaper, frame, or share within a household. Files may not be resold, redistributed publicly, or used commercially without written permission.
2. Delivery timeline
The download link is sent automatically by email immediately after payment is confirmed by Paddle.com Inc. (our merchant of record). Most buyers receive the email within sixty seconds. If the link does not arrive within thirty minutes, please check the spam folder, then contact us through the form at /contact.
Each download link is valid for seven days and permits up to five downloads. Members of the cloister receive a member access link instead, valid for as long as the membership is active.
3. Refund and return policy
Because digital goods are delivered instantly upon payment, returns in the traditional sense do not apply. However, a fourteen-day refund window is offered from the original order date, for any reason, including change of mind. See /refund-policy for details.
4. Warranty and support
Files are delivered as shown on the product page. If a file is broken, blank, or visibly different from the artwork shown, we will issue a full refund or replace the file at no charge. Reply to the order email within fourteen days.
5. Customer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address at checkout where the download link can be received;
- Downloading and saving the file before the seven-day link expiry;
- Reading the product page for file format, dimensions, and intended use before purchase.
6. Agreement upon purchase
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Digital Goods Policy alongside our /terms and /refund-policy.
