Your privacy rights

Noble Soul is committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your rights under data protection laws around the world. This page summarizes how to exercise those rights.

Data we collect

When you purchase from Noble Soul, we receive only the information needed to fulfill the order: your email address, the amount paid, your billing country (from Paddle), and any optional name or message you choose to attach to a public comment. Card details are processed by Paddle.com Inc. and never reach our server.

We do not sell your information

Noble Soul does not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties for marketing or advertising. The only third parties that receive your information are the operational providers required to deliver your order: Paddle (payments + tax), Resend (email delivery), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS).

Your rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights:

California (CCPA)

• Right to know what personal information we hold about you.
• Right to request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to opt out of "sale" of personal information (we do not sell).
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.

European Union (GDPR)

• Right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object to processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR)

The same rights as EU GDPR apply for UK residents.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request — access, correction, deletion, or opt-out — write to us through /contact or reply to any order email. Include the email address used for any past purchase so we can locate your records. We respond within thirty days, usually within two working days.

Marketing communications

Noble Soul does not run a marketing email list. Members of the cloister receive a weekly digest summarizing recent drops; this is part of the membership service, not marketing. Cancellation of the membership stops the digest.
