How do I receive my purchase?

After payment, a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. The email usually arrives within sixty seconds. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

What file format will I get?

Each product page lists the exact format (PNG, JPG, PDF, or MP3), dimensions, and length where applicable. Wallpapers come in mobile (9:16) and desktop (16:9) versions. Audio is delivered as MP3.

Can I print the wallpapers?

Yes. All wallpapers are delivered at high resolution suitable for printing on standard letter or A4 paper. Wall-print sets are available at higher resolution for framing.

How long is the download link valid?

Each link is valid for seven days from the order date and permits up to five downloads. If the link expires before you save the file, contact us through /contact and we will issue a fresh link.

What if the file is broken?

Reply to the order email within fourteen days describing the problem. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement file at no charge.

Can I share the file with family?

Personal-use license covers your household — print, share within the home, or send the file to one or two close friends. Files may not be redistributed publicly, posted online, or sold without written permission.

How does the membership work?

Members of the cloister receive a new wallpaper plus a quote each morning, drawn from scripture (King James Version, public domain) and original prayers. The library grows daily and is archived at /members/library. Membership is billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?

Open any order or welcome email and follow the customer-portal link from Paddle. One click cancels future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. Paddle is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard for handling card data. Noble Soul never sees or stores card information.

Do you collect sales tax?

Paddle automatically calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing country. The total displayed at checkout includes any tax due.
