Who runs this cloister

noblespiritual.com is operated by 11:11 Daily Blessings, a sole proprietorship registered in Vietnam, under the trading name Noble Soul. The cloister sells digital files only — there is no shipping address, no physical inventory, and no in-person or human-delivered services. For all support and refund requests, contact the email listed at /contact.

What is sold

Cloister-style printable readings, vigil prayers, audio offices, breath-prayer cards, and small bundles, delivered as digital PDF (and where noted, audio) files. Each one-time purchase grants a personal-use license to download, print, frame, gift, or share within a household. Cloister membership tiers grant access to the same library for as long as the membership remains active (monthly) or for life (lifetime). Files may not be resold, repackaged, redistributed publicly, or used commercially without written permission.

Designs and typesetting are produced with AI-assisted scriptorium tools and finished by the cloister. Each file is delivered as you see it on the product page; no claim is made of fully hand-illuminated, fully hand-set, or photographed origin.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars on the product pages. Payments are processed by Stripe (and, for some readers, Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record where applicable. The processor collects payment, withholds applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues invoices on behalf of the cloister. The cloister never receives card data.

Cloister membership tiers are billed in advance: monthly tiers renew on the same date each month until cancelled; lifetime cloister access is a single offering with no further charges.

Delivery

A download link is emailed to the address provided at checkout, usually within sixty seconds. The link remains valid for fourteen days and permits up to ten downloads. Members receive a member access link instead, valid as long as the membership is active. Expired or lost links can be regenerated through the contact page.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are described at /refund-policy. The fourteen-day refund window covers broken files, duplicate charges, non-delivery, and unexpected subscription renewals. Membership cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.

Acceptable use

Personal printing, framing, gifting, household sharing -- permitted. Public posting, redistribution, commercial reproduction, and scraping or abusing the site itself -- not permitted.

Ownership

The typeset designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of the cloister. A purchase grants a license to use the file, not ownership of the design.

Data processors

The cloister relies on third-party services to operate: Stripe and/or Paddle (payments and tax), Resend (transactional email delivery), DigitalOcean (hosting in the United States), and Cloudflare (DNS). Customer data shared with each is limited to what is required to fulfill the order. See /privacy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact may be brought before the competent authorities of that jurisdiction.
